Yeah, I have a dealership appointment next week, so will let them check the battery, BCM, BMS under warranty and close 2 recalls that 2025 Broncos had... so far. But now I wouldn't be surprised if it's not a battery. Cause I've been driving a lot since then (uphill/downhill) and nothing changed...

Thanks for reply. My problem is systems don't come back to live even after 1h drive. This should be enough for battery to recharge and BCM and BMS to reset, but nothing changes. I've booked a warranty service at my dealership, they will either change battery or take a look at BMS.

Here is a video of the issue. I press the start/stop button, light turn on and button gets illuminated and then immediately shuts off. This "Passenger Airbag" is not even illuminated after that.

I initially thought it's a drained battery (it was pretty full after a long drive), then it sat for week, but OK. I went for a 30 mins drive and then been also idling for another 30 mins. Then turned the car off and and locked it for 5 mins to reset the BCM, nothing changed after I turned it...

It's still an ongoing 2 months long email conversation with their support, so a quote from them: "ultimately this can be normal in some cases where the vehicle has been off for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, there is no easy workaround for this at this time." They do offer a refund...

I have exactly the same issue on my 2025 Bronco. It keeps resetting to 12h format and I have to set it to 24h (when I remember to do it) on every car start. This is so annoying. Also when I try to activate a second toggle which is something about "setting time automatically" it immediately turns...

In that video on 3:27 the guy says "if you vehicle doesn't include a factory DRL, you also need to use our DRL harness", so it's basically about "how to wire it" rather than "you must wire it". It's optional. Nevertheless, I still wired it yesterday and it didn't change the cold start...

Update: wiring headlights with included cable to the fusebox didn't change cold-start animation.

Turn signals work correctly. Also what I noticed is that animation plays correctly when your unlock the car, then lock it (lights turn off), then unlock it again. First unlock = broken animation. Second unlock = correct animation. It works even when done quick. It start getting obvious to me...
