Ha! Not a musician. My situation is more like: "Video Professional: Someone who loads $50,000 worth of gear into a $65,000 car to drive 200 miles to a $10,000 gig." Sport Mode does a better job in the responsiveness and the overall feel of driving, but is garbage on MPG.

From an MPG perspective they're more my speed, but Toyota is off the list since I want to only buy American brands (nothing against Toyota, but I want to support American wherever I can), and the Sport my wife has, and it's a bit too small for what I need it for. =\ I have heard of eeking out...
