Nice find. But that isn’t a Raptor. Without the crossbar any mesh top is fine and dandy.

im sure its not an issue….but a chemical free 100% mechanical attachment for a top like theirs would be tits.

Nothing new? Bummer. Id leave the back shell off 100% of the time if i had a slick hard panel that covered the front and back seats and fully latched down.

Wife an i got caught in some rain with our mesh top on.....you will get wet. So will everything on the seats.

sweet…..it was a PITA to wire my BD reverse lights on my raptor truck. Had to run the harness in the frame.

Never heard that. All mine are under the hood on the drivers side. Just like my raptor truck but on the opposite side.

Cutting your bumper will be the hard part and then running the harness to the aux switch wires under the hood. I’m going the same route with bd lights….just haven’t had time yet. Get the correct template before you cut! And treat the raw edge metal.

Made in my shop by my staff…..side project. We are in Missouri. Will have a selection of fabric to pick from. Domestic and European meshes and then a Sunbrella (domestic) offering that I am testing now. Probably be a low key kind of thing at first. We try to avoid marine, RV, or auto work...

I’ll have a new top option for the Braptor market in short time. Trying to incorporate the best of design ideas I have come across in the last year or two. I’ll post pics when it’s done.

bungees are cheap and easy.....but you dont have to use them. 1/8" polyester cord around the same provisions the bungees attach to works fine. Its more permanent, but it works.

Was done out of necessity. The top for the standard bronco will work in a pinch, but it does bounce/pop/rattle on top of the roll bar thing that braptors have.....so i had to secure it. Also moved two grommets into a better spot since the hardware for the roll bar thing kind of make one set of...

If Velcro is a no-go, just do a bungee type top. Mine works great. Hopefully jtop refines their model range to offer one as such.
