I sent for my refund yesterday and of course this happened today. Talking with my credit card company now. I would love to know who else out there got screwed. Sounds like a class action lawsuit coming there way but would be great to start with a bunch of people before approaching an attorney.

They stated "the manufacturing plant is overseas". I assume it's China. This entire time I figured it was being made in the US.

They said it was being loaded. I do not believe a word they say. I figure best case is by December of this year.

As of today they told me they are awaiting containers to be loaded in China and expect delivery end of August / September. I then had to ask is mine on that container in which they replied they have no idea! This company has no control over their own product and have been lying to me for 21...

I ordered my top December of 2022. Was wondering if anyone has received one yet because all I get from them is dates they have never kept and constant excuses. The latest is they are awaiting containers to be loaded in China but have no idea if mine is on it. I'm not sure if I'll ever see mine.
