  1. How come we haven't seen a snorkel yet??

I’ve been posting on all these posts tonight. There is a lot of miss information being spread by people that don’t know what a snorkel does and why people have them. The snorkel is to prevent hydro lock damage if you end up in water too deep. The alternator can still go bad, you can even wet...
  2. IAG Snorkel

I’m kind of on a rant tonight. For everyone that says don’t add a snorkel because of the alternator issue. I just don’t get your logic. Alternator is like 300 bucks, engine is probably 20k. It only takes one mistake to hydro lock your engine. Snorkel doesn’t make you a submarine, it is...
  3. Snorkel for raptor??

Man, for everyone that says don’t do it? Where do you wheel??? West coast desert? Anyone been to the ozarks? I ask because so many people on here are snorkel haters. Do you guys actually know what happens when your engine get water in it?? I know what you’re going to say, well the...
  4. Cam phasers replaced, now leaking oil

My engine was replaced on my bronco raptor at 3k miles for the cam phasers. They screwed up the job and the lifters were damaged. Ended up replacing the entire engine. I have the same fears as you. What happens after the warranty. If you call the customer service number and ask for a free...
  5. Tips to avoid trail stripes / pinstripes when off-roading?

I use ppf and it works amazing. Paid 4800 but no scratches. Honestly if I did it again I might just try to do it myself and maybe only the hood and sides. I’ve been on Arkansas trails and no damage.
  6. NEW B & O UPGRADE KITS

I looked on your site and didn’t see it. Can you shoot me a price. If I want to order what do you recommend?
  7. NEW B & O UPGRADE KITS

    When is this coming out
  8. Anybody try Comma AI with the new Bronco?

This guy kinda got it working. Sounds like corners are a problem for one of the bronco modules but it’s not clear what he did or what the problem is.
  9. Engine Rattle 2023 Raptor

ouch, 2024 has the same issue? So I was supposed to pick up the bronco tonight but the dealer hasn’t called. I’m assuming something else is wrong now that they replaced the entire engine. It’s a joke and ford isn’t doing anything to help me
  10. Cam Phaser Theory

I would hope there is some sort of cam bearing. Even so the crank has bearings and this can cause oil pressure drop in the system when at the high range of spec. i do agree the oil draining back into the pan is a huge part of the proble. I found this Baxter kit that prevents that but it’s 350...
  11. Cam Phaser Theory

lol buy a gm or Toyota.
  12. Cam Phaser Theory

Sounds like it. The raptor has the gage and I can even go digital.
  13. Cam Phaser Theory

Welp pick your poison I guess. Lol
  14. Cam Phaser Theory

thinking the same thing l. Thanks for the condolences. lol
  15. Cam Phaser Theory

i honestly don’t know. I can only speculate that they messed up on the timing chain causing failure. After test drive the engine had a knock you could hear 100 feet away from the bronco. It was coming from the valve cover. :(
  16. Cam Phaser Theory

All good points, I could see the phasers not retaining oil pressure causing the whole system to starve. I hear you on the oil weight, valid point. I’ll retract what I said above, I will only run the manufacturer spec oil weight. Damn!!! 12k…. I’d be pist. Honestly I’d probably do something...
  17. Why can't Ford fix the cam phaser issue?

Yeah I think everyone has some sort of issue. If I were building, maybe and LS if you can find one.
  18. Why can't Ford fix the cam phaser issue?

That engine is a freaking beast man. I can only attest to the older 5.0 but it definitely had the problem. Ticking time bomb. If I remember right, on the 5.0 when they go they take the whole timing system. It blows the engine basically. Just fix it if you hear them but have fun with that...
  19. Why can't Ford fix the cam phaser issue?

Yeah, it’s just a theory. I know guys with old school rebuild deal with this crap all the time. See dudes spin bearings due to larger gaps in the bearing. Liquid takes the path of least resistance. Anyway, who knows. I could be way off here. I know I saw guys saying oil modifiers from...
