I had the same issue ... just pull them out. Might need a little wiggling and muscle. They're for shipping and should have been removed by the dealer.

I have the painted in black top. The wind noise on the drivers side is making me semi nuts. The dealer had it for 2 weeks with no real improvement. I've done some of my own fixes that slightly work.
