I just moved my Garmin Mini 2 from my leased ‘23 OB to my ’25 Badlands using the dongal. They said it wouldn’t work with a 2025, but mine works flawlessly. I had it hooked up in less than 5 minutes.

It’s just a PITA. I’m used to the old way that never failed me. Now start the vehicle, turn it off, go to accessory mode, then the regular sequence. Why the addional step starting the vehicle?

Did. Y first fuse pull and return today. The pull is easy. The sequence to take it out of neutral tow is a royal PITA.

Unless they’ve fixed it, if your battery drains or is disconnected, the transmission will shift into Park (ask me how i know).

I’m sure Ford will do anything it can to not cover an issue, that with a software fix, shouldn’t be an issue at all.

It works off of the Motorhomes air brake system. It has a connection that ties into the EBB. When installed, they said they had to purchase a T fitting. I didn’t watch them install it, I’m just going on what they told me.

The way that they are describing the supplemental braking system is not related to a DEMCO AF1. Look at the #14 (installation) and the #1 Removal of braking system statements. Our AF1 Is connected to the EBB and as I stated, we’ve towed over 500 miles with no issue. Ford may need to update...

We had a 2023 OB also and never pulled fuses and went over 40K miles during 3 year lease.

Again, my onboard manual instructions on my ‘25 Badlands doe not require pulling fuses. I have flat towed it twice 250 miles each way without any issue. Just an FYI.

I’ve towed our ‘25 Badlands on a 400 mile trip and had no issues. I put thousands of miles on our ‘23 Outer Banks after a ”catastrophic transmission“ failure. The transmission was replaced under warranty and even with a new charge line installed, I would still get the “check brakes” warning. So...

I currently have a 2025 Badlands with my camera hooked up to the dongar. I guess mine must have the mirror option. I had it hooked up on my 2023 Bronco also and just transferred it over.
