I plastic welded it together. Worked for a few months, but ultimately that piece found it's home on the highway while on the way home from work one day.
My ultimate fix was a Trailrax TRMR full rack. (which I'm much happier with)
I'll be selling the original rack for parts.

I know there are a bunch of threads out there on the cracking/breaking issues at the front of the oem roof racks. I decided to be different and break the cover off the rear.
I don't see myself spending $750 for a complete new rail, so I'm looking at repair options.

Had a spectacular camping weekend with the family!
On the way there, the nav took us off the beaten path on some ATV roads. I don't remember the last time I've enjoyed driving so much! Gravel, dirt and some mud. Nothing extreme, but really fun none the less. Over the weekend, the nav rerouted...
Today I fixed the holes left by the dealer mounting the front plate.
Plate screw/cap kit from Amazon, and some Ford touch up paint.
After uploading these pictures, I see next up will be a wash.

Visited mine in the storage lot after it came off the car hauler.
Headed out of town and scheduled to take delivery next Wednesday.
It's going to be a long few days, but at least I got to see it!
New to the forums here. Throwing my hat in the ring of 6-12 build weeks. Tear tag and modules popped, but stuck in production since 6-13.
Not minding the wait as so many have waited so much longer. Just really excited to be getting closer.
