@SHANUT did you ever get a response to this question about the padding? I also have the extra padding and was about to start this project. Instructions don’t say anything about padding so I’m also curious how adhesive is supposed to be applied with that additional layer. @RedlineGoods

Pretty happy with the results! Did the Redline goods shift boot as well. Definately a tight fit with the lack of flex in the new metal lockout lever where the lever, leather boot, and housing are snapped back in place, but a little trimming and a rubber mallet did the trick 👌
