  1. Which do I pick?

Good decision. Hope you'll have many years/decades of great times w your new Bronco As many have said before - " Never buy a used 4x4 " and - " Talk is cheap, but advice is cheaper "
  2. Anyone ever seen this?

I had five alignments done on lifted Broncos at three different alignment shops. The Sasquatch rings stayed in place. They were not removed for any of the alignments or lifts
  3. 2.3 Bronco Engine fire 😭

In the 20k service I'm wondering if they did anything with the spark plugs Changed the spark plugs ? It sounds like one of your spark plug cables got loose and was just sparking against nearest thing in the engine bay then caused something to ignite If they total it maybe good for you. Sounds...
  4. What upgrades needed to run 37” tires on a Badlands Sasquatch Bronco?

Unless you're extreme rock-crawling all you need is Leveling Kit and re-alignment then add your 37's to your factory SQ wheels no problem In lots of very rugged off-roading the only rubbing I've had is reverse at full lock, and we're talking minor rubbing - almost nothin Broncos are just...
  5. MPG on Bronco with "37" tires

Well others have posted 23+ w freeway driving included. I'm driving medium speed County roads w very few stops & no freeway. So it's still similar to the others Could be something w the tires also. Those factory GY's are only 52 lbs and C-rated. These Yoko's are 76 lbs and D-rated. Definitely...
  6. MPG on Bronco with "37" tires

Today 25.3 MPG - local roads 35-55 mph - round-trip back to same starting point. Raised tire pressure now 38 cold

  8. MPG on Bronco with "37" tires

22 to 23 MPG on County roads 35-60 mph 2Dr Black Diamond w SQ pkg, 2.3L Auto 37's w 1.25" leveling kit Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Exxon Premium 91 - (no 93 here in higher elev) For correct MPG have to recal speedo/odo for your larger tires MPG less on freeway 80 mph Broncos have many great...
  9. UAW authorized Strike. Huge Demands!

Maybe Ford and their product lines will be taken over (bought out) by one of the Japanese companies. Then we could have Broncos made by Honda. Best of all worlds ?
  10. TOWED 6 TIMES - '21 Bronco Big Bend 2 Door

In these endless repair situations another good option is BBB Auto Line ( 800-955-5100 ) and open a case w them. They will arbitrate for you free and get Ford's full attention. This option is described deep in the Bronco Owner's Manual - somewhere near the end. I'd do this before any...
  11. 2.7L blown engine failure list . . 68 so far [Updated: December 13, 2022]

This would be expensive recall. Earlier I believe @flip or @Bmadda commented that doing full valve & head replacements could be tediuos/risky for many dealer service depts. Full engine replacement could be better, more productive, more reliable. Bronco engine replacements run about $12k. Recall...
  12. UAW goes on strike @ MAP Bronco / Ranger factory [ADMIN WARNING: NO INSULTS, NO POLITICS]

On the other hand, cynicism is not a good look for either side of the table. Those leaked texts could splinter the membership support for their UAW "bosses" Then strike could end sooner than later
  13. 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 Engine vs 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 Engine... not sure which one?

Right, all these newer turbo technologies make it impossible to compare displacements with earlier engines. My old 4Runner has 3.0L w only 150hp. This 2.3L EcoBoost I-4 Bronco is by far the most powerful engine I've ever owned. It's my first "hot rod" ! !
  14. Will Ford Delete the Base 2.3L engine option?

    2.3L EcoBoost I-4 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2.7L V-6 ?
  15. Will Ford Delete the Base 2.3L engine option?

    The 2.3L I-4 is a total BEAST ! ! ! - not "base" The 2.3L is a GREAT engine for Bronco Personally I would not buy a Bronco w 2.7L
  16. What is your favorite accessory?

Hey, those are FLAT seat ! Bronco uses CONE-seat lug nuts, and you need SIX of em !
  17. Finally Got a Build Date

    For reservations July 13, 2020 ( 365 x 3 ) + 31 + 11 = 1137
  18. Fender Liner Screw Part #

    But I think Ford charges about $6 each for their part# Better Amazon options - search "Fender Fastener Nylon Rivets" - 100 pcs Universal 6.3mm - $7.99 / 100 240 pcs Assortment - $14.99 / 240 820 pcs Assortment + tools - $39.99 / 820
  19. Another cam phaser failure, horrible Ford quality issue

Same here, had planned 2.7 build from July '20 reservation. Then November '21 changed order to go with 2.3 - then got scheduled couple months later And the 2.3L is a total BEAST ! ! ! Has a lot more power than I need
