Well, gents. Looks like my Squatch struts are biting the dust after 30k miles. These were takeoffs so doubt I'd be able to get them warrantied. Remember check your Squatches. Putting this out there so hopefully Ford issues some kind of recall in the future. Looks like time to upgrade to 6100's...

Thanks. I wasn’t sure if a track bar bracket would be for lifted from stock or from ‘squatch. I’m running 30 psi cold because I’m on load E tires but they’re not much heavier than stock. I guess the tires could be contributing to it as well but idk at that psi.

25 months of of ownership and just hit 39,000 miles! No issues aside from the janky transmission. However, I did get that seatbelt clip recall that was most definitely necessary and is definitely a barrier between life and death, apparently.

Yeah my “service technicians” at my dealer claim to not be able to hear it. Even my service advisor did a ride along and couldn’t hear it. Just gonna leave it be for now and try to fix it myself later.

Only noticed a popping sound when revving in park but there’s no boost so idk. I know enough but not all the intricacies of turbos.

Interesting. I’ll definitely look into Lucas Red. Can’t say for certain on the arm pin. I have, however, considered buying a new wastegate assembly from Ford or somewhere else and installing it myself at this point. 🙃

Yeah the sound is very annoying. No performance loss. I’ve just never driven a turbo car that has that rattle from the engine bay.

Sorry you’re dealing with the same issue. I’m trying to avoid the dealer as I’ve already been in 5 times (3 times for transmission & 2 times for my tailgate). Hopefully I can figure it out.
