Here at Interior Guys we own a couple and would be glad to assist in your seat wear with either working with your dealer or doing an insert and foam upgrade. But running boards are recommended to help with the sliding down which is terrible for all seats

1500 sounds very cheap. Katzkin has a dealer program where you pay direct to katzkin and they pay the installer minimal. Problem is you get minimal they generally say they can’t do doors and consoles. To cover costs. 2 door broncos are also a little easier.

Sounds a little high unless your doing the doors you kit installed should be between 2,000 and 2,500 depending on options unless your doing 4 doors and yes was a factory leather kit
