So I am sitting here watching my Transmission gauge while at several lights. This thing is not very accurate at all. You would think the the middle point on these is 200 but it seems it isn’t. Also between 199 and 207 it did t change one mark.

I really appreciate this information. I have been worrying about this for awhile. One final question. Will putting 35” tires on a non-sas OuterBanks hurt anything. They would be the bronco brand Sasquatch 35s I would be putting on.
Alright, so I am just a little concerned about this, my average transmission temps are at 205 degrees.
Soon I will be towing my 2500 pound camper through KY. My first concern is how much higher will this temp climb when towing? Second concern is would adding 35” tires to my OuterBanks causing...
So I wonder what the temperature gets to when towing a 2500 pound camper. Earlier in this thread someone mentioned 250 the fluid breaks down. I would since my temp is usually 205 for trans and I start towing it’s going to get above the 250.
