I don't notice it on mine, but i guess it depends on how observant you are to that sort of thing. I do put a plastic treatment on it every time i wash it to help with fade though.

It’ll say no available updates in the settings. But the fix is taking it to the dealership with the information in this thread. Mine has been working great since I get the updates. There’s a list of what they did to mine earlier in the thread.

So I know with mine they reset it because my app notified me and disconnected.

Yes, when I took mine in the APIM was as up to date as it could be. It was the gateway module that needed an update. My previous post is the notes that my dealership gave me for what was done. I also provided my service manager a link to this thread so he could see that it is happening to others.

I love that hood. Only thing that concerns me is how dirty the engine bay will get. Have you noticed if it's any dirtier? Also, are those aftermarket headlights?

Just checked my paperwork. I had an APIM update a few weeks ago and last week I received an over air updates on the 4th and the 8th. When I took it in last week they updated the gateway module.
