Thank you for this info @hawk7131! I finally installed the OEM Led taillights on my 2022 Black Diamond and this setting got rid of the flicker. Just to confirm, the other Forscan change was to disable the Rear Turn Bulb Outage, correct? (Image below)
I plan to update the thread I started with...
What size are you running? I’m interested in the 35x12.50R17 but those won’t be available until next year according to their website. I just put them in my wife’s Jeep Grand Cherokee L and they are pretty awesome.
Thanks for the info. I realized that for the front screws I had to do it from the back seat. Good tip on starting with the rear screws first and to come from the side. Will try that.
Now, what’s the best sequence considering that you can’t install both brackets to the top of the roll bar and...
@KillerPenz and @2door seems like both of you are right people to ask. Do you think that the DV8 pinch weld covers are compatible with Go Rhinos? They will share the same mounting locations and since they are only a 3.5mm Steel Plate, I was wondering what you thought. Will the hardware provide...
Hey @DETT I really like what you did with the texture XPEL to cover the pinch weld. Do you think that the DV8 pinch weld covers are compatible with Go Rhinos? I think they would share some of the same mounting locations and since they are only a 3.5mm Steel Plate, I was wondering what you thought.
Call me crazy but after much thought and knowing that it will take at least 10-12 weeks, I placed my order today. Yes, I’ve been following this thread since the beginning and should I placed my order over a year ago. The day was today for some reason.

Congrats @mooNy ! Another black diamond has been saved. Next one is mine.
How did they look at night? Any flickering?
Also, when you say that they “work perfectly”, does that mean that the amber turn signal works? Or does the taillight flashes red?
I got an answer from Tom but not what I expected. Looks like he doesn’t feel comfortable sharing the forscan changes he did.
Waiting to hear if at least he was able to make the amber turn signal work.
Unless @EvanPeterson can convince him of sharing what he did, looks like I will have to go...
The video posted by @EvanPeterson mentions a guy named Tom from Automotive Solutions. I think I was able to locate his shop in Lenoir City, TN and sent him an email to see what FORScan changes he made. He may also have the red turn signal but worth a shot.
I was able to figure out the part numbers and I have some Wildtrack take offs on the way ($330 for both seamed reasonable)
Interesting that you are getting a red turn signal instead. Is it the white part of the taillight that flashes red instead of amber? Or does the red break light flashes...
At this point, looks like the OEM LED taillights are the most reliable option. @GusVG do you know if these are the right part numbers?

Hi all,
I started this thread a few days ago as I’m looking to replace the halogen taillights on my BD.
Curious to know if any of you has seen other options or tried some of these.

Did that really work? Are these THE instructions to replace the Halogen for OEM LED taillights ? I started this thread on this topic
