I have the base headlights and they're by far the best I've had (granted our newest vehicle before this was a 2008 Nissan and have that cloudy yellowed plastic)
My one problem is that if I'm on a very dark road and have a sharp curve, the lights are so focused there is no "wash" of light to...
Gas money!
But seriously, there's not much unless y'all spend a lot more on Christmas gifts than we do. Hard pressed to find anything that goes on the Bronco under $100. Everything I want/need is $250-$1000. People keep getting me Bronco themed stuff but I feel like a total tool getting out of...
My parents gave me a car in high school and I drove it for 18 years until buying the Bronco. My wife's still driving the car we bought for 5k in 2012. Suffice to say I plan to keep the Bronco around awhile.
I find it funny how different people/projects are.
I actually bought reproduction warning stickers for my XJ sun visors. I'm redoing the fabric on the headliner/sun visors and wanted it to look stock lol.
Glad I got mine when I did. 40k is definitely past my comfort zone, (also the BB grille is ugly) I wouldn't have bought one otherwise. I was looking between a 2dr base Bronco and a Tacoma, both being around the same price and the latter being infinitely more practical, the price jump would have...
This is what blows my mind. I'm not against technology, but overcomplicating something for such a small benefit just kills me. Thankfully I've not had much of a problem with my Bronco, but I've driven several other cars with the "rain sensing" BS and it never seems to work right. Either too fast...
Unpopular opinion... Tube doors. Like do you want the doors on or not? Extra money, extra time changing them over, no benefit I can think of... I mean they're not really going to keep anything in and I doubt they provide all that much rigidity. If you're that worried about those things, just...
I can't believe they got rid of the steelies on the Black Diamond. Those were by far the coolest wheels available. With the base gone you can't get steel wheels at all. Doesn't look like you can get them on the Ranger anymore either. What a shame.
My base 2 door came with sound deadening on the roof, which I did not select or order.
But I didn't get my roof rack, floor mats, or aux switches that I did order...
I think they just kicked mine out the door with whatever it had on it and called it a day. At least it was the right color.
If...
Big Bend is such an abysmal deal compared to the base. Nothing of substance changes. Alloy wheels (worse) and "leather wrapped steering wheel" for 5k? Hard Pass. The only real "differences" are the options Ford allowed you to take. Extra GOAT modes, maybe, but no reason those couldn't be on the...
I have 2 door and a kid. I'm not gonna say it's convenient, because it's not, but it's definitely doable. Ask me again when I have a 2nd though.
Logically I should have gotten a 4 door, and would have preferred that from a practicality sense, but it was too big of a jump in price for me to...
I'm glad I got mine when I did, this change would have priced me out of getting a Bronco all together. My '23 2 door base w/ no options was already top of my budget.
Hey, remember when they started below 30k?
I can sympathize. Ordered a base manual with roof rack, aux switches, keypad, and rubber mats. Mine came with 0 options.
Rubber mats were no big deal, keypad was whatever, but the aux switches was a big bummer since it was pretty cheap and everything was pre-wired. Roof Rack I would say is no...
What's really annoying is the windows are really slow when using the switch, but when the detector thinks someone is caught in the window on the auto roll up, it drops super fast. So I know it *could* go faster, it just doesn't.
Happy to oblige :ROFLMAO:
Okay, sorry, these were taken after I went to Super Celebration East in 2020 haha.
I did finally get to pick up my Bronco a couple of weeks ago. I thought Super Celebration was a fall thing so wasn't looking out for it. Didn't realize it was last weekend. I guess...
We just picked ours up a week ago so we haven't decided on a name, but we were leaning towards "Bluey" since our kid and us love the show so much and it's, well, blue.
