This is what I’m saying. The larger hole geometrically makes sense, but they added the heavy texture to it which will act as an abrasive on the shackle material. Not good.

I originally ran WP connectors from SPV (https://specialtyperformanceparts.com/products/auxiliary-aux-switch-wire-extension-kit-with-connectors-numbered) Have since moved to a fused terminal block setup for a bit more organization. All the loose wires in that area is pretty chaotic.

It's been a while, and I honestly never dedicated the time to collecting information about mods as intended. Billy has seen a massive overhaul, and has taken me to some pretty amazing spots. Full list of mods to come, but for now—enjoy a few pictures :)

Sweet! Just had mine done as well. Will be wheeling through rough New England rocks on Friday so will report back. For now, the on-road handling improvement is truly amazing. Worth the price for this alone. We also welded the diff tube for extra insurance to those fussy plug welds.

I fabbed up a bracket to hold my Goal Zero 500X. It's mounted to the passenger-side hardtop bolts, and a cam strap to secure the battery. V2 will include a space to hold my small bag of related electrical cords.

Not at all familiar with Carlinkit. Why is this device required to control the winch from the Bronco's screen? Does the Warn app not work with the wireless CarPlay?

So this is the only part number needed? It's weird because a quick google search shows diagrams for what appears to be a regualr sway bar? $1,200 sounds accurate?

It only broke once (so far). I certainly do think it could have been caused by a previous off-road incident. We wheel in the northeast where it's very rocky—lots of opportunity to hit things.

LOL. Fortunately a small dealership did the coilover install so they are pushing this through as warranty. Will take that as a win.

I solved this issue by breaking the outer CV backing out of a flat driveway (wheels not quite at full lock). Installed Fox 2.5 coilovers last Tuesday, snapped CV on Friday. Hopefully this was just a freak incident, but certainly looking into the UFDU and 32 splines.
