Padre Island National Seashore. Great time. Got to use Sand mode. Turned off the locker and cut some donuts.
Pro tip: doing this with the top and doors off might cause a slight ingress of sand inside your Bronco AND might cause your passengers to have elevated voices “speaking in tongues”
slightly confused on the website. It shows the Sasquatch XL which show 5.375" and a price of $289. Then there is the Bronco XL which show to be 5.75" for $269. Wouldn't I want the fatter ones for a SAS?

Took the top and doors off for the first time this past weekend. And of course, within hours we had a pop up thunderstorm so I quickly went to the bank drive thru and sat for an hour.. All worth it. It’s been great with the top off!
I just picked up a full set of 4 OEM Ford Tube Doors from a local CraigsList ad for $550! No scam, no hassle. Guy just sold his Bronco and was selling these a roof rack and a bimini top also. Said he was pricing them agressively (I guess so!). I feel kind of bad for the other set of tube doors...
So does anybody have any experience going off roading or crawling with steps attached to the factory rock rails like the AR magnums or the IAG rock rail steps?
I was concerned about possible damage. I know these are theoretically easy to take on and off but if I could get away with not taking...

I am a month into my BD 2.7 SAS. Going to the Off Rodeo this weekend reaffirmed my choice to load out a BD SAS. I don’t ever see myself doing serious enough crawling that the sway bar disco would be needed but having the 35s with both front and rear lockers is it. I have no BL envy.
I caught about a half a dozen small pings in my hood 2 weeks ago from the storms that rolled through central Texas. This is less than a month after getting it!! I got one estimate for $500 cash from a physical PDR shop. Many of the others are Chuck in a Truck types so I haven't called them yet...
I am scheduled for the Texas Off Roadeo on Saturday and it is currently predicted to be 100% chance of rain, 5-7" in the area. Will it go on even with lots of rain? I understand that will make some things more challenging (fun), but at what point would they postpone for safety?
So I had the crash when you hit record issue and that is fixed by a reinstall.
also the issue of “not supported model” appears to be related to the vehicle not having cell service. I was going through a dead zone and got this error but didn’t have a problem when is was out of the bad spot.

In the settings for the app there is a Recording quality option with 720P (default) and 1080P. I changed mine to 1080P. Not sure if that would account for choppy video or not
