No VIN on these so no they are not street legal and can't be registered even with a body swap. If I could afford this I would do it though since I could afford the tickets/legal fees.

Clever using future allocations to fulfill customer orders and this customer first, forward thinking may have ended well for the dealership too as they fulfilled orders during demand and chaos vs the dealerships that didn't and are now sitting on an overhead nightmare.

That's sad to hear, Liberty Mutual used to be amazing. It would figure being merged by safeco would ruin them. They also used to provide modification or agreed upon value insurance.
