Same. All I've seen is Austin's 2dr build, but it doesn't include a rack of any sort. I don't think they brought a 4dr rig to the show, so a rack reveal is highly unlikely. Sad, that.
Same shit happened to my 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 last June. Bricked by an over-the-air update and down for a month - which is actually why I'm now in a new Bronco. Go figure.
This software-based future sucks.
May be time for a 1G or 2G Bronco...
A few more little tweaks showed up today...
1. Black isolators for the Mega shackles
2. Bronco sunglasses clip for the visor
3. Rear window heating wire protectors (honestly can't believe Ford left them exposed from the factory)
4. Storage thing for the passenger side of the center...
No, I definitely had to add an extension to clear my 35" spare. I used one that is similar to the Kuat you have:

I then added one of these to tighten it up:

Learned this lesson a while ago with Jeeps. Hitch-mounting with a Kuat or 1up rack is the best answer.
Like @GroovyGeek , I personally use a 1up rack with just a basic extension (cheap one from Amazon). You can also use the Kuat Pivot v2 swing-away carrier with the 1up or Kuat racks, but it's...
I suspect it will simply be the same 2.3L platform they're using in the new PHEV Ranger + a few small tweaks to work well with the Bronco GOAT modes.
Still optimistic, though, and can't wait to take full advantage of the Pro Power Onboard system. 🍻
I remember when Jeepers felt the same way about the 4xe. (I was one of them)
But then the reviews started rolling out and we quickly learned that the 4xe still kicks ass off-road.

For that reason, and given that...
That just depends on what they might do to improve the payload capacity, as well as the increased power delivery, potential gearing changes, etc.
I don't think the added weight from the batteries is a complete dealbreaker offroad. Most people aren't hitting Moab every week anyway, but that...
While I agree that full EV's are premature garbage at this point, I think PHEV's are actually pretty fantastic - especially if we can tap into all that extra battery power while camping!
Having a few "free" electric miles every day isn't a bad thing when you still have plenty of normal gas to...
Interested to find out whether or not there will there be any sort of benefit - cost or otherwise - to using "Ford Vinyl Wraps" services instead of any other aftermarket wrap service.
