I have used the Toyo AT3 and the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss. Both were excellent in rocks and also very quiet on the road. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these. I hope this helps!

Find a different dealer. I ordered a WT with Hardtop and High Package on 6/30, and it is already scheduled for production week of August 7.

I ordered on 3/27, and got the in production email 2 weeks ago, giving me an 8/14 production week. So far tracker has not updated, but there is a VIN. I keep checking, but my window sticker has not yet populated.
