I went to Off Roadeo a month after i bought my bronco. When we were on the trails, the guide let us know that if you're in a badlands, go ahead and leave sway bar disconnected (because it automatically re-engages at a certain speed).
So I've been on a few trails on my own since then, and I try...
Could be people with higher trims don't post as much. On other websites, especially with these last order banks, most posts addressing new builds/ delivery seem to have been outer banks. Obviously it's anecdotal.
Congrats. I have this exact build too and i love it! My dealer had 3 sitting around for 62k (49k MSRP). It was obvious they were having a hard time unloading MT broncos. Got a pretty good deal on mine. Can't write mine off though! Lol!
I've been pretty lucky just googling "offroad trails near me". The maps help a lot, but the YouTube videos people have posted of the trails have been the best. They usually include coordinates that you can type into Google maps too.
Agree. I got 1.9 on my Subaru in 2018. Paid it off in 3. Then, it made sense to finance and keep your cash in the markets earning interest above the 1.9. Not so, with the current rates. I'm sending my "car payment" back to my savings to pay myself back in 3 years rather than pay $9000 more for...
830 credit. I was given 8.9 by ford dealer in January (a local credit union). My credit union offered me 5.24 but dealer told me they were only offering it for 30k loan. I needed a 40k. I decided to just take their offer and pay it all off asap. Payment would've been $835 on a 5 yr. I paid in...
I can see that. I've been on a few trails and the rear view mirrors are the first things that get scratched by tree limbs or bushes on my badlands. Would really hate if if those were painted.
I bought a badlands because it was the only bronco on the lot. Admittedly, i knew nothing about the different trims at the time. I had a feeling the badlands was more than i needed. Just wanted an SUV to take the family outdoors. But the deal i was offered was too good to pass up (basically...
I thought the same when i got my badlands, but as i learned more about the off road capabilities and attended off rodeo, it inspired me to hit some trails. Even took some of the fellow neighborhood dad's (a jeep and 4x4 tundra) who had never been off-roading out with me this last time.
No hate. Just was wondering is all. For instance, i had no idea about the roast leather seats and i hadn't noticed that they come with painted mirrors and handles. That said, I'm happy with the vinyl seats (everyone thinks they're leather when they see mine), washout floor and rugged look of the...
Cloth seats will prob be awesome for summer. I was digging the vinyl on my badlands since it's been cold (and just thinking how kid/ mess resistant they are) but now that it's getting warm, it didn't think how hot these may get!
