  1. Custom Bronco Builds from RTR, ARB and 4 Wheel Parts Showcase Aftermarket Off-Road Parts & Accessories

Had videos playing on the garage tv last night while piddling on the Explorer. One mentioned the 4WP bronco having a 2" lift adjustable coilover. Anything over 2" would require an upgraded upper control arm to get castor/camber in spec.

  4. No speedo calibration from Ford dealer(s)

I wouldn't put much stock in what gets said before those things hit the ground, and up to a year after. OEMs are not good at passing down info to dealers. Ford is just probably trying to figure out a way to monetize it like FCA. In order to recalibrate a new wrangler for tire size you have to...
  5. Ford Performance Debuts Bronco 4600 Race Trucks

The hold up at this point is suppliers. Not much they can do about that. Pandemic really screwed em
  6. Ford Performance Debuts Bronco 4600 Race Trucks

Not sure why you think this is holding you up or that you cant have it. Its a very close to stock bronco (probably badlands based on the OEM factory locking diff in front) with almost entirely bolt on parts. You could duplicate this thing in your garage, which is what makes it cool.
  7. Ford Performance Debuts Bronco 4600 Race Trucks

Very Impressed by how "stock" this thing is. Says a lot about the platform. Especially considering it has the stock front diff with all the IFS haters out there. Ultra4 racing is BRUTAL on components. A lot of the suspension components are very stock design including geometry. I'm disappointed...
  8. Bronco Warthog or Heritage Edition? Ford will reveal a never-before-seen Bronco model on Wednesday

Agreed, I could not care less about a full race truck. I want to see what factory components/design is capable off.

  10. 37’s and Fox Suspension on Bronco Outer Banks @ King of Hammers (KOH)

No insight to really offer other than the m210 should be pretty comparable to a Dana 44. If they sell as many of these things as it looks like they will the aftermarket should be loaded with quality bolt in upgrades for any shortcomings. Hell if it’s really going to be in the rocks a solid axle...
  11. 37’s and Fox Suspension on Bronco Outer Banks @ King of Hammers (KOH)

as far as brakes are concerned the things are engineered for a 35, a mild bump to a 37 shouldnt be much of an issue. Jk's largest oem tire was a 32, so the jump to 37 is much larger.
  12. 37’s and Fox Suspension on Bronco Outer Banks @ King of Hammers (KOH)

4.7's will be plenty for that size tire with the way that 10 speed is geared. 4.69:1 first. An FJ has a 3.5:1 first. So basically a 4.7 axle bronco has the same overall starting ratio as an FJ with 5:88s. The 10 speed also has a TRIPLE overdrive which is nice. 7th is 1:1 and 8th, 9th, and 10th...

    Well it’s there...and it ain’t as cool as I hoped. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/attachments/37%E2%80%99s-and-fox-suspension-on-bronco-outer-banks-koh-jpg.83772/
  14. 37’s and Fox Suspension on Bronco Outer Banks @ King of Hammers (KOH)

Something to actually run the 4600 class. Saavy built the Gladiator for jeep to run it last year so the general consensus was they weee building a bronco to run it this year since one was spotted at their shop. Tons of pics of a nice JL build but this is the same bronco that was spotted there. A...
  15. 37’s and Fox Suspension on Bronco Outer Banks @ King of Hammers (KOH)

Am I the only one wildly disappointed that this appears to be the one Saavy was working on? Was hoping for a legit build not a 4wheel parts showcase vehicle. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/savvy-off-road-has-a-2-door-bronco-and-hints-at-koh-king-of-the-hammers-build-pics-video.9988/
  16. Savvy Off Road has a 2-door Bronco and hints at KOH (King of the Hammers) build -- pics & video

Wonder what the update is on this. They have done a great job keeping it a secret.
  17. Savvy Off Road has a 2-door Bronco and hints at KOH (King of the Hammers) build -- pics & video

That thing is ALOT closer to stock than the Bronco R he said wasn’t up the the task of the hammers. It’s the every man challenge....an 80 horsepower yota- truck with leaf springs won it. My crawler has a longer and beefier parts list than that runner...and I still consider it pretty stock.
