I feel like this is mostly lack of attention to detail. My dealer was great in both attention to detail and communications. All in all, it sounds like a lot of dealers don't worry about either.

Not so sure about that. I will be towing an off-road trailer that has reverse lights, and I know many others that own trailers with reverse lights. Mine has a seven pin connector, which is why I ordered the factory tow package.

Right now, probably the only place to do much (as far as shops) is 4WP. Oakland is ok, but I prefer the Stockton location. Others may be good as well. I think we will have to wait another year or so for some of the smaller shops to catch up. I'm definitely open to being corrected if someone...

I don’t think you lose your place in line by switching. Your reservation/order number is with Ford. Just not sure how to move that. Would probably have to talk with Ford directly. Anyone else know more on this?
