Honestly it’s all about how good and honest your dealer is. You can have every piece of paperwork and legal precident in your favor but if they want to be shady, they’re going to be shady. At the end of the day it’s not worth the time of money for most people to go after a dealer for a 5-10k...

Make sure you put down at least one dollar with your signed agreement. I’m not sure specifics about CA and contracts but something signed with nothing exchanged is just considered a promise in a lot of places (which isn’t legally binding).

Anyone ever figure anything out here? My wife’s old Infiniti did this and her GLE does it too. It seems kind of dumb that the front cameras won’t kick on when you’re going less than 5 mph in tight quarters.

I was originally a 5/20 blend but was affected by the shut down. I can’t remember when I actually appeared built and saw mods pop up. Ford tracker shows built 6/8 but I think the mods showed up way before that. As of now both the pizza tracker and order track are still showing awaiting shipping

Just in case it helps, my dealer is in Wilmington, IL (I’m in Chicago proper). It was shipped via convoy.

I’m from the 5/16 build group. Been creeping on 5/23 and 30. A ton of us are held up via convoy. Hopefully you guys aren’t hit too. I’m built, not on any kind of chip hold but I’ve been waiting two weeks now for shipment.

432 in awaiting shipment now. Just keeps creeping up. Feels like they’re not shipping any of them from our build week. I pop in other weeks and tons of people are taking delivery. This sucks.
