No structural engineer, but failure may not be due to structural loading. I wouldn't completely dismiss surface cracking allowing water ingress structural degradation. Tom

Assumption wrong unless you brought a rock in with you to smash your way into the locked glove box or center console. How hard is it to understand with no FOB, no cell coverage, and keypad not working you aren't going anywhere? :wink: Tom
