  1. Have First Edition Broncos held their value?

If you can keep it all original and wait 50 years….
  2. ROTOPAX Filler Nozzle

HELLO!!!!, Yes you are absolutely correct and yes, I was just mostly bitching about it. Thanks for the reply. I guess we all should be thankful that we can lawfully refuel our vehicles Without federal intervention or permits/licenses! Wanted to see what others were doing since the OEM...
  3. ROTOPAX Filler Nozzle

Absolutely! But, that’s the problem. Using a hand to push the nozzle “in”, got gasoline all over my hand!!! Not to mention juggling the tank with one hand….. I’ll buy the yellow one but the disclaimers are ridiculous: “ You absolutely cannot use this nozzle for gasoline use and if you do so...
  4. ROTOPAX Filler Nozzle

The “red one’. It will only work against a “hard object”. Using it with the Bronco funnel requires an extra hand or two. Thank you U.S. Government legislators!!!!…..and all the idiots who sued the manufacturers…..
  5. ROTOPAX Filler Nozzle

Thanks, but already using the funnel. The problem is the ROTOPAX filler is incompatible with the Bronco funnel.
  6. ROTOPAX Filler Nozzle

Does anyone have a functional alternative to the ROTOPAX filler nozzle? When using it with the Bronco filler funnel, it is nearly impossible to use without getting gasoline everywhere. It’s too safe….. I love the tank. Well done.
  7. Temperature Knob Adjustment Question

On mine, one ”click” equals 1º. I have the “non-indicating” knobs however.
  8. I cracked my hard top panel *HELP*

An excellent idea! There are marine/boat craftsman who can work magic on fiberglass and gellcoat. Unfortunately, you’re limited to a coastal area. Some of these people also work word of mouth, avoiding the watchful eye of the IRS.
  9. I cracked my hard top panel *HELP*

Fragile design???? With all due respect, what would you have expected? If it was aluminum and dropped on “pavement” would the results have been any different? I don’t think anyone who has posted here has declared “Fragile Design” when they have dropped their doors on the pavement. Why do you...
  10. Is the Ford Extended Warranty worth it for my Bronco Raptor

You pay your money and take your chances…. Please read the terms and conditions CAREFULLY, so you understand what is covered and what isn’t. I have never purchased an Extended Warranty. I am comfortable doing that where others may not. I’m guessing that selling extended warrantees is a...
  11. How concerned should I really be to venture deep into remote locations?

I off-road solo in remote areas. That’s what I bought the Bronco for. I use a Garmin InReach Mini satélite communicator. There are a couple other brands now. I bought it for geriatric backpacking several years ago. Works great! I can send texts to my wife with it through my iPhone. I...
  12. New Video Screens with latest OTA update???

Went out to Big Bend Ranch State Park last week for one day of Off-Roading. Had to hotel it as my wife was with me…. When in Rock Crawl mode, I noticed additional video screens. One screen in particular grabbed my attention. A front and top view, which had the forward tire treads imposed on...
  13. The $64k Dollar Question About 3/27 Order Banks Reopening?

We’ll, kind of…. As a public corporation, Ford’s obligation is to maximize their shareholder’s value. As with any manufacturing operation with employees, you want to keep the process going to best utilize the resources, equipment and labor. Equipment and employee’s standing idle costs...
  14. Bronco Tailgate Table Jacknut Removal

Since the “body” of the jack nut collapses as you tighten it down, you might “start” a longer screw into the threads and try to “straighten” it back out by hammering on it. Unfortunately, it is mounted into aluminum (tailgate), so you will not be able to hammer on it very hard. If the screw is...
  15. Why didn't Ford integrate the keypad into pillar?

I KNOW WHY THEY DID IT! Had it been integral to the vehicle, anywhere, there would be hundreds of posts here about what a crappy location Ford picked for an Off-Road vehicle …and… There would be hundreds of posts here by people who didn’t want it and considered it a liability. ….so… They went...
  16. Never thought about it until the other day.

A good solution. Keep in mind that at 20” in length, you are adding a major torque load (bending moment)to the receiver mounting mechanism however.
  17. I was in serious danger on the highway due to wiper failure

OK…. A well reported problem from at least a year ago. Surly Ford has a fix by now…. I certainly hope you slowed down as a responsible driver (to reduce your “terror”) and didn’t put others including your passengers in danger, blasting away at 70 MPH, thinking it was fully Fords...
