I thought it felt snug, especially in the seats. I was with a Jeep owner who agreed. We are both smaller guys tho, as you can see below the Bronco is a bit bigger, 2 inches all around would def be comfy and seem bigger for that guy.
Bronco Specs
Front row hip - 55.8
Front row Shoulder - 57.1...
Great work! Should it not be more than an inch or two bigger? No way as big as a Silverado lol. I was thinking I could sit high and the car would be high, everything is set pretty low.
Correct, headroom is not a problem. There was a 6+ ft guy there who said he fit no problem, he was all of 100...
I believe the bronco exterior width is 75.9 inches, Escape is 74.1 and the ranger is 73.3 all w/o mirrors. So not sure why the ranger feels better except maybe the interior setup? The Bronco seats have more of a racing style vs a pickup truck.
Kind of! My suv experience is my parents who have recently had a range rover velar starting at $55k and a Lincoln aviator starting at $51k. My Badlands high package is $50k. I would say all the money for those went to the interior vs the Bronco mainly going into mechanics.
The rep said he thinks its for sound deadening. Yeah I used my wide angle lol, when they had one door in the back I could tell 4 doors would be very tight.
Width wise. I drive a Mazda 6 and a Ford Focus. I keep thinking about it and my expectations were that of a large SUV or pick up truck which this is not. All the controls are close by, its not roomy but not crammed either.
Currently at a ford preview event in Detroit with a Outer Banks. Two weeks in the D and they’ll be heading to other states. Edit with some more pictures. Sorry folks, this was an Outer Banks with lux, not first edition. Hard to see straight first time next to it.
Second Edit** Time for some...
Went Bronco hunting yesterday following the advice from some other posts. I have to say I was really surprised by the ability to drive around the Ford campus, no gate, no signs prohibiting entry, just a regular road that ends up looping you through and around. I spent maybe an hour going up and...
So ridiculous they are not offering the manual with the mid-package! Seriously re-considering buying one now. Do you think it could be the Ford Co-Pilot 360? Can the car stop itself without stalling in a manual?
