Love that tire carrier! Like that it has jerry cans mounts with locks.
And rock sliders/side steps combo is my favorite so far from all the other products i've seen. It mounts to the frame. Downside is that it's going to be heavy.
3/7 but I say get it how you want it. Iām tempted to downgrade form BL to base sas just due to costs though. I have to have the MIC hardtop. Buying it later will cost thousands.
I definitely have plans to rock crawl, at least some of the easier trails. Only reason is I live far away from MOAB, like 17-19.5 hr drive depending on route. Otherwise, the vehicle will see plenty of off road trails that are mostly dirt and me just exploring forest roads, etc.
Financially... a 2023 would do me good, but my heart says 2022. I don't want whatever price hike that will come from 2023 model. If anything, i am still considering downgrading from my BL with High/SAS down to Base SAS to get it even faster. That and the uptick in interest rates made the car...
My dealer forced leather seats on my order too. I noticed it before it was finalized and asked for it to be taken off. They said nope and that it had to come with it. I just consider it ADM but 2k and I was getting seats that were less hot during the summer, i just let it go. Iāll use it until...
I donāt own a Bronco yet and it will be my first 4x4. Didnāt realize it was rear wheel drive by default. Thought it was like AWDs where itās front by default.
Do you think it would be worth an upgrade to RCV axles that Jeepers often upgrade to? https://www.rcvperformance.com/axlesets/ford/ford-bronco-rcv-axle-set.html
So just the housing for it cracked? Since you drove home I'd assume it still spun the wheels on both sides right or is there a way to...
Starts at $54,495. I have a Badlands on order but I definitely like the Everglades. I couldn't care less for an electronic sway bar disconnect on the Badlands (a manual one where you just pull a pin is fine, like many have on their Jeeps), and would much rather prefer to trade for a winch. Thus...
Nice upgrades. Do you plan on getting the upgraded BroncBuster steering rack housing? Apparently the bushing itself isnāt enough. He did a video on it showing metal shavings inside the steering rack even on a stock Bronco that had āmildlyā off roaded.
Is that hitch aftermarket or did you get the tow package on your Bronco? I left the tow package out due to constraints and plan on adding an aftermarket hitch. But that fitment looks so close to the tire and I hope to buy the same setup. I have a first gen kuat nv 2, I probably just need the...
Toyota's Tacoma/4runner are not comparable off road to Bronco SAS. Just to get the same approach angle with an aftermarket bumper you have to cut into the actual fenders or body colored panels in both vehicles. Easier just to buy a vehicle already equipped with 35s than mod one to it and keep it...
I'll be waiting as long as necessary too. If anything, they might work out the few first year quality issues as we wait. I don't really like any of my plan B test drives including a 4runner, Wrangler and Gladiator. Wouldn't mind a 2023 Ranger Raptor but if those are limited too, then its just as...
The 4runner is rumored for 2023 but might not be here until 2024. The current one just doesn't have the ground clearance or approach/breakover/departure angles that Wranger/Bronco has though.
Same with the Tacoma. Just adding a aftermarket bumper to them requires cutting into the body colored...
Test drove a 22' 4runner last week and...yikes. Made me cement my wait for the Bronco for sure until a new 4runner platform is out. What an outdated interior and infotainment system! That new signature interior from the new tundra/sequoia will definitely make the 4runner look awesome.
But will...
Seeing mangled CV threads/splined has me worried now. Can we bring this to Fordās attention somehow so they can trace it to whoever at the factory isnāt doing it right? or let them figure out why this is happening. Most of us who take delivery arenāt going take off an axle to check the threads...
