Contact Ford Customer Care and have them open a case for you on this situation. Ford does not own the dealerships is correct but they do have some control over how they treat warranty cases. Best shot. Good Luck

I have a 24 Heritage with a MT and I love it. It's smooth and easy to shift, I drive in LA Traffic a lot and it's no issue. Also it does not rattle. Go with the MT. Cheers, Gordon
