Did you speak to the Service Manager or just someone in the Service Department? Elevate the issue to the next level and see if you get a different result because they might not be aware of the run around you may be receiving.
I own a two door 2022 Badland Sasquatch, Lux, Tow, and 2.7L V6. Outside of a failed fuel pump at 14,021 miles I have had no other issues with it. I upgraded the rear speaker pods and replaced the corner dash speakers to give the B&O system a brighter sound.

I wonder what their definition of "very many" is? He should have been able to give you the exact number of Bronco fuel pumps they have replaced over any given period of time.
