Confirmed, talked to the head mechanic today and he was working on expediting a new engine to me. He said they found something metal in the pan about the size of a wrist pin from one of the pistons, but haven't confirmed what it is yet and he said he's not going to tear it apart. I guess I'll be...
Just found this thread. 2.7L here with 1900 miles, only filled with Shell 93 V-power Nitro since I bought it and my engine wouldn't start yesterday morning. Would also like to add that it was the coldest morning of the winter so far, 18 deg F. It's at the dealership now, towed there, was just...
Thanks, Oh I want to do a lot. I started by weatherizing it. Two coats of 303 Fabric Guard on the top. Two coats of 303 Graphene Nano Spray Ceramic Coating on everything, even on the steel plates/ bumpers, glass, and plastic trim. Supposed to be a harsh winter this year so that was priority...
I just can't see how any mudflaps are gonna justify me paying over $800 more than what I got. I think they look better than the gatorbacks anyway bc they are more low profile.
I found a cheap way to improve the looks of my Bronco with the stock General Grabbers. I found some tire ink on Amazon and I am very pleased with the results. Not sure how long it will last though. Pro tip, don't try to do this in less than 40 degree weather like me or you'll have to keep...
Lol you're just trying to make him more mad. If he reacts the way I did when I saw how much they want for two mud flaps. I just bought my own at Autozone for $20 and rigged em on myself. The General Grabbers on the BD aren't as bad but I still had the same issue. Think is they give you smaller...
I just used one today on my soft top. I didn't go through the automated one, instead I used a booth. Just avoided the super high pressure up close most of the time and let the chemicals break down the dirt. And if you have a soft top I'd avoid spraying the top with anything but water.
Just wanted to know if the rain pooling on the front end of my factory soft top will likely cause an issue. Is it supposed to happen? It's really not much, about a cup of water fills the area. I imagine it could get worse over time.
