  1. Don't mod taillights!

Wow, you're doing better than me. After much online complaining from me and apologetic DM's from Oracle...they offered 20% off. Cool, we'll just have a $500 per year bill to run these. An important note—NONE of the commentary from Oracle has talked about how they are actually addressing the...
  2. Don't mod taillights!

I'd love for your statement to be true, but this is complete BS. I reached out about my failed taillights and the response was "too bad it's out of warranty, here's an invoice for new lights at the exact MSRP" (paraphrasing...I don't speak marketing). They did not offer one dollar off. Further...
  3. Check This Out! Flush Mount Tail Lights by ORACLE Lighting

Add me to the list. $600 bucks, 18 months of use and the vertical portion of LEDs don't work on either side. "Out of warranty, but we can quote you the price for a new set" Two thumbs down.
  4. RCV Performance CV Axles - are they junk or did I get a defective set?

I had RCV make custom 32-spline axles for the Dana UFDU after mega-problems with the stock M210 setup. After a few wheeling trips, so far so good. I've been pleased.
  5. Fire Extinguisher & Tested / Approved Electrical Parts Compilation Thread

How'd you end up fusing the compressor to the back? Through that 500A Class T? Or on it's own complete circuit?
  6. Fire Extinguisher & Tested / Approved Electrical Parts Compilation Thread

Have the wiring diagram mostly figured out, now just finalizing wire gauges. This thread is very valuable.
  7. Fire Extinguisher & Tested / Approved Electrical Parts Compilation Thread

OH, lol. Got confused and thought those were the switch wires to Aux. This is making the sense now.
  8. Fire Extinguisher & Tested / Approved Electrical Parts Compilation Thread

Hmm, the red wires labeled "+AUX" look like arb wiring with the 40A fuses...and there are two wires visible. Is this really the switch wire to an Aux switch to trip the Stinger relay?
  9. Fire Extinguisher & Tested / Approved Electrical Parts Compilation Thread

The amp ratings for the wiring in this chart has me fully confused. Given the 409 max amp draw of a warn zeon, wouldn't this chart suggest that even 4/0AWG (0000) with its 378A rating wouldn't be large enough? Warn uses 2AWG—are we to assume that the winch spiking to 409A is temporary enough...
  10. RockJock Rear AntiRock [Install + Forklift Flex Test]

Thank you thank you! Working with a very capable offroad shop in Massachusetts, but figured we don't need to reinvent the wheel. Your setup looks pretty perfect.
  11. RockJock Rear AntiRock [Install + Forklift Flex Test]

Ah got it. So you just opened up those already present oval holes in the frame? Easy peasy. What length links did you run?
  12. RockJock Rear AntiRock [Install + Forklift Flex Test]

That makes sense. @coffeetwitch, how'd you locate the axle mounts given you didn't have the Bronco-specific axle bracket? Also, any particulars on your location of the tube through the frame?
  13. RockJock Rear AntiRock [Install + Forklift Flex Test]

How'd you locate the tab mounting point on the axle? Seems a bit left or right could really mess up the angles...
  14. Oops... I did it again (Broke another CV Shaft)

It is a huge amount of money. I went nearly the whole season trying to avoid doing the upgrade. A third CV break on day one of a big event in October I'd been looking forward to all year was the final straw.
  15. Oops... I did it again (Broke another CV Shaft)

I broke three M210's last season with only a mild lift (Fox 2.5 adjustable coilovers set as low as possible). I was also running a diff drop. Your big lift certainly is straining the system, but with hard wheeling the entire front end is the "weak link." Ultimately my solution was to go with...
