And the last button changed from "Delivery" to "Final Preperation", and that's Ford's spelling not mine

Mine hasn't been delivered. 12/10 production, numerous EDD changes. Now EDD is 4/8. No updates or communication of any sort from Ford

Same here. 2/3 for a week. Changed last night to 4/8. Back to 2/3 this morning, and just changed again to 4/8. Pee Wee Herman is now in charge of Ford

Mine just changed from 2/3 to 4/8. This is a f'ing joke. And of course no explanation or communication from Ford

I agree. The folks answering the phone are the same as the rest of us, just trying to make a living. The are sharing what they know or what they can see on the computer screen. Each time I have spoken with the various departments I have let them know that my complaint is with Ford not them...
