Air filter mods will create more/different sound, but not increase power output by themselves. Ford factory PCM calibrations are meant to produce a specific power output and will not react to intake system changes. You'll need a tune if you want any actual power increases.

The fuel cutoff "switch" isn't a physical switch anymore. It's software built into the BCM based off of RCM data. It is reset by switching the ignition on and off a couple times. Simple as that.

That was fixed years ago. Early 2.7s had an RTV seal and it leaked a ton. In 2018 that was switched out for a composite pan that had a molded rubber gasket. That fixed the leaking problems pretty much completely.
