It’s expensive making something stateside. Definitely could be cheaper if we sent it overseas but that’s not how we do business. Have yet to have a customer who didn’t think it was worth the money when they got it in their hands.
Proudly made in SC but unfortunately we aren’t doing custom logos on them. Too many variables and the last thing I need is USC hitting us for borrowing their logo :LOL:

There isn’t a great way that we’ve found to make one that wouldn’t cause significant pooling of water on the cover. The tighter the fit, the better it is a keeping water out of your bronco. We haven’t given up on the idea yet though.

Jumping in here, The shade itself might help eliminate the need for the tent pole we have included. I don’t know for sure, but the goal of the pole is to keep water from pooling and the extra support under the cover itself might do that as well. But yeah dropping a little hole in the shade would...
