I haven’t been able to track in this way for two weeks. Worked probably 2/3 of the time before that. Frustrating. Pretty sure I’m going to cross Ford off the shopping list for electric vehicles…if they can’t get a tracker right, are they going to be able to accurately tell you how far you can...

I think the camera/sensor for the Ram 1500 is right next to the rear view mirror inside the vehicle.

I’ve been looking at EVs for quite some time, but I don’t think I can make it work. The “average daily commute” is something I see very often, however our new post-covid reality changes the equation for me quite a bit. My average daily commute is zero. My second property is 320 miles away...

Bought a Ram Limited just before the pandemic hit. Didn’t drive it much with WFH, so I sold it back to the dealer for more than I paid for it. In it’s place I ordered a pretty stripped BD, plus a base 2 door Wrangler for the kids.

OP is in Hawaii, I believe. I called the Brandmotion place in Novi, MI which is listed as their “World Headquarters”. They would sell me the unit, but they wouldn’t install it. They suggested another car audio place in Westland for the install. Seemed strange to me.

I called Brandmotion’s “World HQ” location, and they suggested getting it installed elsewhere. 😳
