Was hoping I would be one of the ones that got bumped back to my original date, but I did not. Good news is I didn't get moved from my last bump a couple of weeks ago for 4/11. If I can't get moved up I at least hope to stick here over the next few weeks.
I have gotten email for order but nothing else yet.
Friend of mine got order, production email, rescheduled email, built email.
Neither are reservation holders. I think it is just part if the inconsistency that comes from Ford at this point. Hope the build quality is better than the...
For what it's worth, and I know there are a LOT of exceptions, the 3rd bump seems to be the most common to finally get built. Again, NOT saying that will be the case because of all the variable.....but it's a trend I have noticed. Maybe just wanting to see it at this point, but here is hoping.
Yes.
Originally ordered with a very small dealer in October and had a friend order a week later from a dealership in Missouri. She got a build date the very next week, but she is stuck on Ice Mountain right now waiting on chips.
So I reached out to her dealership and placed an order for the...
If the reported number of failures reported on this site were 50 times greater, I still wouldn't be concerned. Remember, we are ONLY talking Broncos. This engine I believe is the second generation of the 2.7 and has been going into Ford's bread and butter - the F150 - for 7 years or so. There...
That's going to be a long wait. You can search this forum or Facebook groups and find all kinds of where's my email. They should just create a post here about email communication alone. I hope you do get updates. I check my spam folder hoping ill get one but I haven't and I have a build date...
I got my initial order confirmation email and nothing since. Called dealer and they told me I was scheduled with a VIN. Heard of people getting 'scheduled for production' emails after they took delivery of their Bronco.
So in short, don't rely on email from Ford. Go directly to the dealer...
Looks fine, but like most things - depends on how you plan to use your Bronco. For cruising town/daily driving these are great. Any off-roading and you could be looking at some severe rash.
I like seeing everyone posting new and different things outside of "I just placed an order....."
I feel for those that had orders in way back in mid-2020.
Not fair to them that they are not the priority. Should be first in, first out in my opinion.
I have a 2014 Wrangler with 114K on it, so not in a hurry other than I have been waiting on Ford to release this for decades.
You really don't want me to answer that but I will.
I originally placed my order with a very small dealer back in October. They said because of allocation, I would be looking at late 2022 or early 2023 based on what they knew in Oct. 2021.
I decided to go to talk to a larger dealer and placed...
Bumped from 3/21 to 4/04 myself. Hope it's the last one but deep down, I know better.
2022 Badlands
Carbonized Gray
2.7
SAS
Lux
Soft Top
No Trailer
MGV
My small dealership called and said pretty much that I'd need to drop SAS, 2.7, and Lux in order for mine to come through any time soon. They have a small allocation. He said Ford recommended calling to inform customers.
