Whew. I missed that. Thanks! Today is day 3 for the repair and no call yet from the dealer. I'm hoping that's good news and that I get the call today saying it's ready to pick it up. He told me 'it'll be a few days' when I dropped it off.

TSB part -D came in. Dropping it off tomorrow afternoon. Dealer said it will take a few days and they are providing a loaner. Fingers crossed that they don't find damage/additional 'have to order' parts causing it to be out of commission for a long time.

Dealer ordered the TSB parts for me in January and they came in (including the '-C' part) the week the '-D' part revision came out. Now just waiting on the '-D' part. Another week later and I would have had to go through the tear down again.

I've had them on since early November and aside from 1 nick (rock?), they look as good as the day we put them on.

Ducati1098... I'm struggling whether to have the TSB done or request a new transmission. My thought is that it would be better to have a brand new upgraded transmission than to have mine 'rebuilt'. Do you know if it's even an option that I have?

Thanks guys. Sounds like some people have more tolerance issues than others so even when it's warm/expanding they still have the issue. My noise goes away after it warms up and doesn't happen when it's around mid 50's... at least so far. I also have a recall on my wife's Hyundai Palisade...

I was wondering the same thing. They didn't schedule any manual builds last week either. Interesting that there won't be ANY manuals built until Q3.

Very happy with the Bronco, except for the swirling/scraping in the manual tranny! Will take a month or two to get parts. Who knows if the TSB will actually fix the issue though. 🤷‍♂️

So Ford is just buying time by issuing the TSB? This seems like a pretty costly way to do that. In the grand scheme of things I guess there aren't THAT many manual tranny Broncos out there, so maybe it's not.
