I was also unsuccessful using the DU2Z-14474-JA. Had to bend little tab to get it to slide in far enough and even after that the terminal would not stay put in the connector. I have a 2022 and the these instructions are for the 2021. Wondering if Ford changed something.
Good to know and you still have to disconnect the #3 connecter from the BCM (Fuse Box) or do you leave it connected. How do you disconnect the connector from the BCM (Fuse Box)?

It would be even nicer if the charger would also replace the charger for those with the Lux package. In essence, plug into same connector as the OEM charger does and would display charging icon on the display like the OEM charger.
