As mentioned, that’s the trailer hitch wiring, plug should be attached that matches with the pin connectors.

24 MY comes from the factory with trailer wiring to the rear bumper, I just had the hitch and module installed, that loom connects to the module and pin connector, you will then need FORD to program the module for your trailer lights.
