Did you end up getting a call?
I never heard about allocations, had followed up through email, got my build order preview, confirmed with reply email back but still waiting on any final confirmation.
I had the same happen with SAC at first, but then supposedly it was miscommunication about limited vs non limited. I got the build preview sheet (2 door cactus heritage) and confirmed my order with license. However Iām still hesitant to be confident itās in the system. I would try checking again...
John just called me, apparently theyāre only allocated ONE REGULAR heritage, someone else already got the jump on it. Apparently the non limited models are still limited.
Time to rethink⦠ā¹
Edit: in a later thread John says he was mistaken, thought I meant limited when on phone. Waiting to...
Yes, definitely doesnāt sound easy from the few threads thereās been on it so far. But hey by the time I get my Heritage in a year or so maybe someone will have figured it out or aftermarket will be available!
just donāt understand why they had to limit the trim/package. Those damn 2020 debut...
I am an early reservation 99, was waiting for white top/grill, and love the look with cactus grayā¦.. but not crazy about the 8 inch screen on white dash. Will likely still go for a 2 door HE and hope to find an upgrade later.
I switched to Stephenās in WV for the $1000 below invoice deal and the clear, concise communication.
Unfortunately I didnāt ask about the allocation/or my place in line (or what they THOUGHT was my place in line, considering I shouldnāt have been in their line anymore ;)
Good luck!
Yeah we used them (sorry meant to quote - Ford of Londonderry) about 5 years ago for an F150 so that was only reason for my initial choice. (My res is early 7/14) But since I hadnāt heard boo from them, I was shopping around. Didnāt seem like much was happening in Northeast so ended up doing the...
If you have any doubts, go for the 2.7. Iāve had several Jeeps and the first MY of the four door in 2007, the V6 had a measly 202 hp. It dogged at times. When I got my rubicon in 2015 I was so glad about the power upgrade.
270 seems decent for the Bronco 4 cyl but itās HEAVY, think the 6 is...
Hello all, I finally jumped on the Stephenās bandwagon. I feel relief especially now with the concern for shady dealers inputting orders without customer consent and I had not heard boo from my previous dealer. Phew!
I have a July 14 reservation BUT.... plan to hold out for 22MY, so glad not to...
At what point does ālate availabilityā become MY22? Iāve always wanted a white top but MY22 seemed so far away so was considering all the options of wraps or paint etc. But since schedule keeps slipping to the right I feel like I might as well just wait for MY22. Hoping they get those kinks...
Funny I saw the Bronco Sport for first time and was surprised by how tiny it was height-wise. Not dissing the Sport but seems odd to have the same Bronco name, just seems like a nice little SUV similar to an Escape.
I drive a lifted Jeep on 35ās so itās all perception and what each person is...
I got pulled over once for using my fog lights at night (2007 Jeep with crappy stock lights, barely adds some little bit of extra road lighting in dark areas.. anything helps right) because it wasnāt āadverse conditionsā. Sorry officer... <dick>
Being in Mass/southern NH area thereās few places to trail ride, Iāve had a Rubicon for 5 years and never used swaybar disconnect until a few weeks ago after finding a cool little trail. Very bumpy with rocks and roots, stopped and remembered the swaybar disconnect and it made a huge difference...
Love this setup on my current Jeep. The top part is two pieces front and back, then cargo area/back window is another piece.
Iād expect the aftermarket companies to jump on the chance to come up with new Bronco options, so hopefully sooner than later.
Not sure if these were posted before... stumbled on these pics of the reveal Bronco from some Detroit News article. Cloudy day? Definitely look more like that creamy gray color, not so much minty green.
