    I used it yesterday and I was able to chat with a person. If you are referring to them actually giving you any real information as to when you might receive your Bronco or when it could possibly go into productions. Yeah your right "IT DOES NOT WORK"

    Probably wouldn't if Ford would BUILD them for the reservation holders! Instead, they are building and shipping to dealers to sell to those without reservations with HUGE MARKUPS!

    I think at this point you are stuck! I asked Ford customer service about moving mine this week and they said they couldn't right now. This is why I wanted to my ours: My spouse dropped by my dealer earlier this week (45mins from where we live, but we happen to be driving through the area)...
