I received the steps yesterday and already installed them. I do not hand out compliments easily, but the quality of these steps are quite impressive. I also did not receive a swag pack.

In my experience flip back to order confirmed meant it shipped, but who knows with this mess.

Arrived at the dealer today

Mine tracks as empty now at a location about an hour or so away. Should be at the dealer in a day or so.

Mines on its way to Nj but says it was constructively placed in PA with no eta. Whatever that means.

Works for me now. Maybe it was a glitch in the matrix.

Just got it. Tried to track with CSX but their automated system is useless. It keep repeating the wrong initials. 😐

How did you get the rail car number? Neither the dealer nor Ford chat would give it to me.

Ford is bad at cam phasers. The problem is mostly the 3.5, but some 2.7’s have the issue as well. However it’s no where near as often as the bigger motor.

This is how Honda sells cars. Certain models and trims have certain options. That’s it. It makes ordering very simple and finding what you want on the lot even easier. Trim and color, that’s all you need to know.
