Thanks for this thread. I had to take the whole side panel off of my two door, but was able to use felt with adhesive to stop my rattle. All bolts were tight and checked to make sure everything else was secure. Can finally use surround and bass without that awful rattle. Sounds so much better...

Update: clarification, just the axle and dealer found part at another dealer who was willing to give it to them. So my repair will take place in about a week. Any updates for you? My whole assembly has to be changed which is on backorder. Waiting to hear back from Ford on how long of a wait...

Update on Front Passenger Axle problems. Looks like axle assembly has to be replaced completely. They stuffed the boot with more grease so I can drive on it around town for now. Assembly is on “backorder”. Planning on talking to Ford Motor Company to see how long those are taking since I have a...
