You should be able to change the color, but that's all. I was able to change from Cactus Gray back to Area 51 after getting a VIN and build date. Your dealer will probably tell you it can't be done; tell them to pull up WBDO and try anyway. My dealer was surprised when it worked.

I check mine multiple times per day too, knowing it's just a fool's errand! Because even if they did build it, it's just going to go sit on Dirt Mountain or somewhere like that.

Getting the same thing, must be a system error.

This is what my dealer said: "That is correct, I can't change it to soft top now. I just spoke to my Ford Rep and confirmed that. She did say that if scheduled for September, it should be built then and they'll hold it for a new top-but that it shouldn't roll into 2022 before you receive it."

Agree there's no ability to change the order and that we're in a better spot than many who have not yet received a VIN. But it's still it's own kind of purgatory in that all of us in this group (i.e. have VIN, scheduled/constantly rescheduled, not built) will most likely end up receiving a MY21...
