I think you are in for very good news very soon. I checked yours in OVISS and you have an assigned truck and driver. From what I've seen in the OVISS data from vehicles going to my dealership, I'd expect yours is going to be delivered to your dealer either tonight or sometime tomorrow.
As @mpeugeot said, you want to look in the history (using a mobile phone). That's where you might see some details. Those other dates in your screenshot aren't going to update until your Bronco is actually loaded on a truck.

Not sure this info will be helpful to you guys but I got access to data in OVISS regarding every delivery to my dealer in the past 60 days. I'm in Eastern NC. I believe you are in both in VA? If so, I'd think the numbers would be about the same. Anyway...
I feel your pain. I've given up on a pre-Thanksgiving delivery. I'm hoping to get it by my birthday on Saturday, but even that seems unlikely at this point, with schedules at the carrier and at the dealer both affected by the holiday.
I get the "UNLD depot" status as of 10:47 AM. Presumably that means the Bronco has been unloaded off the rail car and is now waiting in the lot to be loaded onto a truck.
I emailed my dealer this morning, fully expecting they wouldn't have a clue, and of course they didn't. They did say once it makes it to Petersburg, it's normally within a week that it will be delivered by truck to my dealer in Eastern NC, depending on the holiday schedule.
When I call the...
@Oceannomad we're getting close. Just called and it said Crewe, VA. That's just 44 miles out of Petersburg! Oddly the update did say 11/20 4am. So it's an update from the future.
Try a different browser, maybe not from mobile. There's a "I'm not a robot" recaptcha that doesn't always play nice with mobile.
I tracked yours and no update yet. I think once it actually is on a truck you will see more info. Once on truck my understanding is more data will populate when you...
Have you tried tracking on United Road?

Mine is somewhere on a train between Roanoke and Petersburg. Some podunk town I couldn't make the name out on the robo call. But it's on the move tonight and I'm thinking I'll wake up to find that it arrived in...
Just called for an update and the robot said mine scanned in Haverhill within the last hour. So, finally out of Portsmouth. I'd imagine yours is the same.
I was sure that the three of us were on the same train. Same ship date, all headed to the rail yard in Petersburg, etc. But when I call, the robo voice still says Portsmouth. You guys left me behind!
