Chalk is a BAD way to set tire pressure!
Tires are designed to carry certain loads at certain pressure. This is especially true at higher speed 50mph or more.
In general higher ply count tires will need more pressure for the same load.
Tire blowouts are most often due to tire pressure being...
At the same time nobody provides actual data on cooling... we monitor our temperatures and have had stock and aftermarket intercooler.
Just sharing real world observations. Nobody has proven different.
Waste of money. Anyone who says different is selling something...
It will only show gains on Dyno or drag strip. Anything else in the real world like: traffic, off road or towing may actually be worse.
I've observed the larger intercooler is slightly slower to heat soak. As in not a game...
Having hacks rip apart your truck seems a bad plan... Fix it yourself and move on. Not really "free" when you consider the time, loss of vehicle and frustration.
Towing with that much boost is a bad plan if you want to keep the engine around long term. Slow down! It's not a race. Towing is much safer under 60mph and better mpg. Hills at 45-50mph won't extend your drive as you'll bypass gas stations and much less strain on the motor. I like to keep...
No downside. Much nicer driving experience than any standard Bronco. Better insulation, doors close better (not sure why), higher quality materials, more power, much larger brakes, more towing capacity, better cooling system, stronger axles... yeah no downsides.
Get fiberglass and you can...
Bigger question is what size tires will you plan to run? Stock then no big deal. 33-35" tire then you want the locking differential for the larger CV Axles and Front Differential. It will cost WAY WAY more to swap the differential / CV axles down the road if / when you want larger tires...
That isn't true. It always knows where it is unless calibration is dropped. That does not change regardless of lift or drop. This is because the ride height sensor is not changed or altered.
Only difference is the starting ride height baseline.
But then you'd need to recalibrate it if...
It's not necessary at all. We have an adjustable panhard bar on the Raptor and the alignment shop said it was not worth adjusting as it was in range. Our 2dr has the drop bracket which does help compensate but again axle or pinion isn't off enough to matter (3-3.5" lift).
Don't waste money on the rear links. Unless you damage one. There is zero benefits other than less money in your bank and more maintenance.
Links do not limit travel but sway bars and shocks / coilovers do unless going past the range of Icon who truly maxed out all available range unless...
Nitto Recon grappler 37x11.5r17
I really like the Ko3 35x11.5r17. This might be the most versatile tire for weight, size, mpg and capapabilty. There are very few if any obstacles that a good driver on 35s can overcome compared to an average driver on 37s.
Raptor will likely get the ko3 37s...
And someone who wasted money on Bilstein crap... We have over $30k into the 2dr in upgrades and it doesn't hold a candle to the Raptor except being a 2dr manual.
Option C - Icon Suspension CDEV gives the most travel, setup for 37s with bump stop spacer added (no rubbing), no need for sway bars (actively adjusts valving).
Problem with Hoss 3.0 is they are not valved for the weight of most 37 wheel / tire combos. If attempting this route: light weight...
Ko3 is the highest quality with the most technology. BFG has put in the development engineering, innovation and testing. Most competitors try to rip off design features but lack the quality.
Carcass construction for flexibility, strength and weight balance based on decades of data and...
