Mine arrived a month after it was in the "Built" status. A week and a half to get it onto a train. Took a week and a half to get from MAP to a Los Angeles railyard where it sat for 11 days before it was taken to the dealer. They're definitely waiting on parts for something if it has almost been...
I have a base 2 door with an auto transmission. I put a leveling kit on and some LT285/70/R17 Load Rating C Nitto Ridge Grapplers (33"). I have taken it to Death Valley and did some off-roading there with zero issues. I also did a trail in Bishop, CA that had dirt, gravel, mud and snow and...
Dr. Color Chip makes factory matched paint for touchups. I know there are others out there but that is what I have used. I didn't correctly space some rotopax brackets and it rubbed off some paint in a small area.
I have pictures from all of my trips, but haven't documented anything. Went to Death Valley in November 2022, Off-Roading in Bishop CA Christmas Eve 2022 and two weeks ago I went camping in Red Rock, CA State Park. My next up will be Joshua Tree in March of this year.
I also have a non-sas base Bronco. I put 17" Method 305s and paired those with Nitto Ridge Grapplers at 285/70/R17 which is at 32.7 inches according to the tiresize website. I do have a leveling kit as well. I did lose about 1-2 mpg on mine. I live in a very hilly area in southern California so...
I bought a 2 door base model with an automatic transmission and keypad. Aftermarket I replaced the wheels and tires, added mudflaps and running boards. I've taken it to Death Valley, did some minor off-roading in Bishop, CA and just got back from a camping trip in Red Rock State Park, CA. I...
I was looking at the Jeep last year before I found that the Bronco even existed (which I have now). There aren't really discounts on the Jeep. It's only discounted to MSRP if you order from the factory just like any Ford today.
I waited 7 months for a Base Bronco only because I wanted to use that time to save up for a down payment. I was going to wait exactly one year for a build date and if not built I was going to move onto another vehicle. Time is a commodity you can't get back.
BadAssTents - Bronco 2 Door Rear Only Short Roof Rack for Hardtop and two Rotopax Accessory Mounting Brackets. Both rotopax on there are two gallon. Gas was $7 in Furnace Creak I wanted to throw up. I only used half a tank while there.

I was there this past November from the 27th to the 29th. The roads in and out of it are open. There are some places that are closed due to the flooding/mudslides (race track playa, Scotty's Castle, Darwin Falls and some other places). Here is the complete list of things I got to see in the...
I just changed my oil this past Saturday (2.3L automatic). Drove it to and from the auto parts store to pick up oil and filter to get the engine to running temperature. Took out the drain plug, let oil drain for 15 minutes, slows to a drip THEN remove the oil filter and both oil filter location...
EE here. Now to confuse more people with real power (watts), apparent power (VA), reactive power (VAR), the imaginary number (i), power factor and phase angle.
Rip to your steering rack. I only put 33"s on mine from the stock 30"s, but that does worry me as I'm at 1900 miles. If that happens to me more than once I'm selling this thing. I also don't plan on doing any crazy off-roading, dirt roads is about it. I mostly bought mine for driving in the snow...
I opted for ceramic since I already have some handy, but you could also use car wax. Something that is water repellant so it doesn't oxidize. WD-40 doesn't last that long as a protectant and is more of a solvent. A clear coat would probably be the best so it's one and done.
