They have no coating hence the term molded in color
Best suggestion I have is try and smooth out any gouges and find a paint that matches or live with it and call it "character". Or you could have the whole top painted but then any future scratches will be even more noticable.

I work at an independent repair shop. We use autel mx sensors for all our replacements. I put them in my aftermarket wheels. My cost was $32ea and a few minutes to program. My doing that I was able to sell my stock steelies/tires without breaking them down.
Thanks for the update. My replacement xrgb set is out for delivery. Probably show up in the next 20-30min but I won't get em installed for a couple days. This will be my 3rd set. Crossing my fingers.
